Meet Tobias
A dual-qualified company secretary and solicitor, he initially trained at Linklaters and later worked for Macfarlanes.
Tobias works directly with a number of energy clients on company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate law.
He holds a Masters in Banking & Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London and is a fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.

Users can use the formation portal to form different types of entities. It puts you in control and you can form companies at your convenience and it’s ideal for those who regularly form UK companies or those up against a deadline. The team here are on hand to review all incorporations by default, or if you’d prefer you can submit directly to Companies House.
The portal is designed for law firms, professional services firms or those who frequently form UK entities. Access is restricted to clients of Elemental. If you have an email address from one of our client firms you will be able to register. If you are not currently a client of ours but are interested in finding out more, please get in touch.
If you are already a client firm of Elemental’s you will be able to sign up with your business email address. Otherwise drop us an email or use the sign-up form to register your interest.
