Meet The Team

Rosanne alongside her healthy obsession with F1 and Lewis Hamilton, ensures clients are supported daily using skills she picked up in her previous life as a lawyer in the music industry. As well as Lewis winning, she loves dogs, travelling and has recently learnt to drive!

Katherine is a qualified lawyer and manages our company secretarial team. When not at her desk or ferrying her two teenagers around, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking the dogs, playing stoolball, singing in an acapella group and F1.

Sam has a particular interest in ESG. It’s his link to a past life, where he studied zoology and conservation. These days when he’s not at his desk, he continues to enjoy spending time in nature and traveling.

I enjoy parties, travelling, and spending time with friends and family. During my spare time, I like to spend time at the family farm.

Jazz is an avid knitter; there is never a day when she is not knitting and always has a few projects on the go. Jazz loves making gifts for friends and family (whether they like it or not) and if you’re within spitting distance be prepared to be knitted up with a hat, scarf and gloves!!

Not just an employment law guru, David thrives in providing business consultancy, career coaching and much more. When not helping clients with their HR needs, David is a qualified civil celebrant.

When not applying his corporate secretarial and legal skills to the benefit of his corporate governance clients, Raul can be found swimming, dancing, cooking or playing with his three cats.

Edith trained as an economist at the University of Siena before moving to London in 2007 and later became a chartered certified accountant (ACCA). During her spare time, she enjoys park runs, cycling, traveling, and watching movies and documentaries.

Madison loves F1, skiing and is trying to find time to get her motorbike license whilst also being a mum of 2 boys! she also has an over-the-top appreciation for algebra.

Charlotte’s life is about organising everything; you can’t beat a list on a pink Post it and when she is not in front of her laptop you will find her running around after her little girl.

A native Italian who is conversant in Spanish too, Gabriella brings some language expertise to Elemental as well as a passion for all things CoSec.

Sandeep's background is in brand, advertising and sponsorship in services industries, though just before joining Elemental he worked for a Brewery. Outside of work most of his time is taken up with his young family, and occasionally hitting a ball around a golf course.

Sandeep looks after all things Marketing and Comms at Elemental.

Always up for a challenge. Rebecca has completed two ultra-marathons in a past life but now mainly runs around after her two young children and spaniel. Rebecca also enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially if there is coffee and cake involved.

Justin has over ten years of experience in AML and law. When not fighting financial crime Justin enjoys a challenging game of chess and being active at the gym.

Katherine is an experienced chartered governance professional, with a keen eye for detail. When not around the boardroom table, you will find Katherine with her two young daughters and family exploring the world and looking for new, innovate experiences to enjoy together.

Busra Ekingen is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with over 15 years of experience in practice where she was exposed to clients operating in a variety of sectors. Busra holds a degree in Banking and Finance and an MSc in Professional Accountancy.

Shirin is a registered Architect who then took a shine to spreadsheets and decided to qualify as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Mum to two young girls who keep her on her toes, Shirin loves to cook, bake and feed everyone who comes her way whether they like it or not.

A lover of travel and animals. When not at home with her German Shepard or at the gym lifting weights, she can be found dining out.

The beach is her happy place, and she loves swimming in the ocean whenever she travels the world.

Prudence has experience managing a full accounting function and payroll processes.

In her spare time, you will find Prudence, preferably outdoors, with family and friends delving into some culinary delights.

Titilayo loves music, visiting new places and spending time with loved ones.

Irem studied Chemistry and now enjoys applying her problem-solving skills to all aspects of life.

In her spare time, you can find her doing yoga, traveling, going to the gym, and enjoying time with her family, friends, and dog, Luna.

Gail enjoys cooking for the family, quiet walks in the countryside, and connecting with nature.

Apart from making people dance to his music, Jaco enjoys playing golf and watching various sports in his spare time.

Before Elemental, Tory's career had been in higher education administration, governance and compliance. She's studying MSc Governance at the University of Lincoln. When she's not in her home office, she's outside, in the gym, cooking, crafting, or planning her next Disney trip.

Sophie loves the outdoors. In her spare time. you'll probably find her at the stables or out riding her horses.

Steph is a chartered accountant (ACA). Outside of work she enjoys yoga, long-distance running, and converting friends to vegetarianism through her cooking.

Sarah gained an MBA while on a football scholarship in Tennessee. She has now swapped football for running and has completed several half-marathons. Sarah is always on the go and planning and organising things and has passed this love of adventure on to her daughter.

Luke has recently finished renovating an old Victorian property and is hoping to start building a property portfolio over the coming years.

Luke is passionate about music and can often be found in front of an instrument seeking inspiration.

Louis has a keen interest in corporate law, and has a law undergraduate degree. Following a growing interest in company secretarial work Louis decided to further specialise and qualified with the CGI.

Outside of work you'll find Louis experimenting at the stove, travelling the world or just walking the dog.

Olawuyi is a big fan of sports, especially football. He likes excellence and wants the people around him to succeed.

When not ensuring that the accounting needs of her clients are being met, Trish can be found in the gym or tending to her garden. She also enjoys spending time with her partner and two children, especially walking on the beach and riding thrilling roller coasters.

Rachel Orebote is a chartered secretary with over 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She has a BA(Hons) in History, a Graduate Diploma in Law and an LLM in Corporate Governance. Outside of work, she is a mother of two, a church youth leader, enjoys pilates and discovering new restaurants with friends.

If something needs organising, call Sinead. Sinead loves a list and as she says herself "there is a place for everything and everything has to be in its place". Outside of work Sinead is a huge foodie and a fan of long walks.

Leon is a chartered accountant, with over 10 years' experience in the industry and a background as an auditor. Outside of work, he is a competitive bodybuilder and can often be found in the gym. When not training, he enjoys spending time with friends. family, eating good food and is an avid Liverpool fan. Originally from Cyprus, he visits his family their often.

My company secretarial career began working in-house for a large private limited company and a plc. Outside of work I enjoy long walks and playing tennis.

I am a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant. I previously worked in practice.

I have the best of both worlds with an adult daughter and also 3 little niece’s who are great fun, but also exhausting. I enjoy embroidering all kinds of bits and bobs for family and friends.

I have over 10 years of AML/KYC experience, a true investigator at heart. I love going down a Google spiral and learning about anything and everything. A fan of terrible dad jokes and always ready to go to brighten your day. I also enjoy physical activity, whether it be lifting heavy, playing any sport (preferred cricket or BJJ) or going out on Peak District hikes.

In my spare time, I love getting stuck into a new series, watching a good movie or listening to podcasts. I am always on the lookout for new kid friendly experiences to enjoy with my family.

Rosie has worked in Corporate Governance for over 3 years now. When not at her desk, you can find Rosie on hikes soaking up the views or bodyboarding at the beach all year round. Rosie also loves any excuse to get coffee (and cake!) with friends and family.

Karrun obtained a law undergraduate degree and is a qualified Company Secretary, with a particular interest in larger scale corporate transactional work. Outside of work, Karrun enjoys travelling, cooking, and staying active through playing football, tennis, and squash.

With over 19 years’ experience as a Chartered Secretary, Geetika enjoys supporting her clients with their governance and company secretarial needs. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of two and loves experimenting with new curry recipes, making ice creams, gardening, immersing in art and craft projects, and going for long walks.

Lauren holds undergraduate and masters degrees in Law from The University of Manchester, and also studied in Australia. Following her interest in legal analysis and compliance, she decided to pursue a career in company secretarial services. She has a particular affinity for the technical aspects of company secretarial work.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cooking, travelling and painting.

Francesca found the world of Corporate Governance after studying Microbiology at University and began her career in-house. When not planning her next beach or theatre trip, you will find her running, swimming or in the gym.

I am passionate about Credit Control and bringing money into the business. Outside of work If I spend my time with family as well as watching soccer.
