It puts you in control and you can form companies at your convenience and it’s ideal for those who regularly form UK companies or those up against a deadline. The team here are on hand to review all incorporations by default, or if you’d prefer you can submit directly to Companies House.

The portal is designed for members of law firms, professional services firms and others who frequently form companies. Access is restricted to clients of Elemental. To find out more drop us an email.
You should be able to sign up with your business email address. However, if you are having difficulty, please contact us and we would be happy to help get you set up.
Once you are logged in you can search for your preferred company name and select any additional incorporation services, for example a registered office. After entering in details of the formation the incorporation will be sent to our team for review. This happens by default; however, you can choose to send the information direct to Companies House if you prefer. Once the formation is complete we will send an invoice to the relevant team in your firm.
No. If we are just forming the company then no KYC is required, we will treat the firm as our client. If we are providing other services we will need KYC; however, this can be provided at a later date and we will continue to treat the firm as our client until the end client can be onboarded.
The platform is regularly used to incorporate private limited companies (ltd) and limited liability partnership (LLP). It can also incorporate Public limited company (plc) and Companies limited by guarantee but in those situations, we find we can best advise clients if they come to us direct.
You will not be able to submit the incorporation for the entity until the parent is formed. This can delay matters and if timing is particularly key there may be ways around this, please get in touch.
Registration and use of the portal is free for our members. Our prices are clearly displayed in the portal. You do not have to pay until the order is submitted.
We don’t require wet signatures from directors or shareholders. But we do require an ‘electronic signature’ on behalf of each shareholder as confirmation of their willingness to subscribe to shares.
To take advantage of Companies House same day service you will need to submit the application before 2pm. If you would like us to review the application then the deadline is 12:00.
Yes, you will be able to download a pdf summary whilst the incorporation is in draft.
By default we check all incorporations before they are submitted to Companies House. However, if you would prefer you can send it direct to Companies House instead.
Your order will be sent to us for processing. If you requested a review a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your form. If not, your incorporation will be filed with Companies House during their hours of operation. You can check the status of your order in “My Account”. We will also email you with updates.
In our experience fewer than 5% of orders get rejected by Companies House. Reasons can be as simple as the use of special characters in certain fields; however, other times the reasons can be more complex. Whatever the reason please get in touch with us, and we would be happy to take over on your behalf to get to a speedy resolution.
Once your firm has registered with us we will set you on our billing system. That way you will be able to form companies without the need to enter a credit card.
