Band 1 Again: Elemental and Two of Its Leaders Recognised in Chambers 2026

Elemental CoSec is proud to announce that it has once again been ranked Band 1 in the Chambers and Partners NewLaw Guide for Company Secretarial Services.

The result follows Elemental’s Band 1 ranking in the inaugural Chambers NewLaw Company Secretarial Guide in 2025. For the first time, Chambers has introduced individual practitioner rankings in the Company Secretarial category, and Elemental is delighted that both Nick Lindsay and Tobias Latham have been recognised at Band 1 level. Elemental is one of only two firms with a Band 1 ranking.

The rankings are based on independent research and client feedback. Clients praised Elemental’s technical expertise, commercial awareness and ability to support complex governance matters.

One client commented:

“Elemental’s commercial awareness is second to none. It has led the market thinking in ECCTA-related matters.”*

Another noted:

“They have an encyclopaedic knowledge of tricky topics.”

Nick Lindsay, Managing Director, said:

“To be recognised as a Band 1 firm by Chambers again is a tremendous result. It speaks to the quality and consistency of what we deliver at Elemental – and to the strength of the team we’ve built. We don’t take that lightly, and we remain committed to the highest standards of governance and company secretarial support for our clients.”*

Tobias Latham, Director of Corporate Services, said:

“Receiving individual recognition from Chambers is humbling – it’s a process grounded in independent research and client feedback, so to be ranked together with Nick is a real reflection of the relationships we’ve built and the work we do every day. I’m proud to be part of a firm operating at this level.”*

The recognition follows another significant year for Elemental. In March 2026, the firm joined Cogency Global, strengthening its international platform. Elemental was also named in the Financial Times FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies for the third consecutive year.
