Professionally Advised Company Formations

Unlike other formation agents, we work with you and advise you on your company formation, so that you can be confident about your company formation and your needs going forward. We will also then be there with you to guide you through the process after formation.

One cool judgment is worth a thousand hasty counsels. The thing to do is to supply light and not heat. – Woodrow Wilson

View our formation packages

We are a team of lawyers, chartered tax accountants, chartered secretaries and chartered legal administrators, who believe that good advice is critical when forming and structuring a company, as well as after the company is formed. Rather than making the process more complicated, we believe good advice can make it simpler.

The Process

1

Select your package

Choose and pay for the package that is most suitable for you for the formation. You can see details of our available packages here.

2

Enter the draft details for your company

Use our easy formation system to enter the details for the company that you wish to form. If there are items that you are unsure about or want advice, then please just leave these blank and we can go through them with you.

3

We’ll review the company details

Once we have the draft details for your company formation, we will review the information to ensure that everything appears to be correct and check for any errors.

4

We’ll contact you

Depending on the package selected, our team will contact you to discuss the details of your company formation as well as the structure of the business and any implications going forward. For international companies, this will include an initial discussion of your tax structuring.

5

Company formed

Once everything is agreed, the company formation will be submitted to Companies House and the company will be formed.

6

Ongoing compliance

If required, we will then support the company with its ongoing compliance, providing any further advice needed and support.
